What should I expect at my first appointment?
What to expect at your first appointment will vary depending on what you are being seen for. Regardless, your first appointment will likely begin with a consultation with your board-certified dermatologist or clinical aesthetician. During your consultation, your provider will be able to help you develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your health and cosmetic goals.
What should I bring to my appointment?
When you arrive for your first appointment, you should bring the following items with you:
- Insurance cards
- A picture ID (school ID, driver’s license, etc.)
- Physician referral–if required by your insurance
- Medical history
- List of prescriptions
We will ask you to fill out a medical history form for both cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
