How do I make or reschedule an appointment?

Do you take walk-ins or same-day appointments?

We typically do not take walk-in appointments. If you need a same-day appointment, call our office at (301) 610-0663 to check our availability.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

What to expect at your first appointment will vary depending on what you are being seen for. Regardless, your first appointment will likely begin with a consultation with your board-certified dermatologist or clinical aesthetician. During your consultation, your provider will be able to help you develop a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your health and cosmetic goals.

What should I bring to my appointment?

When you arrive for your first appointment, you should bring the following items with you:

  • Insurance cards
  • A picture ID (school ID, driver’s license, etc.)
  • Physician referral–if required by your insurance
  • Medical history
  • List of prescriptions

We will ask you to fill out a medical history form for both cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.

What is the VIP Program?

Because we’re devoted to our patients, we offer a VIP program that affords our patients discounts on products and services. For more information on our VIP program, click here.

How do I sign up for the VIP program?

We’ve made it really simple for you to enroll in our VIP program. If you want to save 10% on everything and receive a free treatment during your birthday month, all you have to do is call our office and and ask for Denise. She will set you up and track all of your visits to make sure you get to reap the full benefits of your VIP membership.

You have a few options for paying your bill. You can:
